Job Summary:
The Material Handling Officer ensures the proper handling, storage, and availability of aircraft parts and materials for maintenance operations. This includes receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and dispatching components while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and airworthiness standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain management; AMOS or SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of aviation materials, inventory management, and hazardous material handling regulations.
- Proficiency in warehouse operations, documentation, and equipment handling (forklifts, jacklifts, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
