Job Summary:
The Material Create Analyst requires an individual that is excited about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers. This includes working with a wide range of divisions, processes, and stakeholders to help improve efficiency and data quality. This individual needs to be proficient in material create process and be well-versed in each stage of the systems life cycle. The individual will develop partnership and technical knowledge as well as transition and system migration expertise.

Job Description
Job Summary:
The Material Create Analyst requires an individual that is excited about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers. This includes working with a wide range of divisions, processes, and stakeholders to help improve efficiency and data quality. This individual needs to be proficient in material create process and be well-versed in each stage of the systems life cycle. The individual will develop partnership and technical knowledge as well as transition and system migration expertise.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate the regional end-to-end material requests, collaborating with marketing and other functional teams to expedite and complete material requests.
- Proficient knowledge in E2E material create processes, material master data governance and master data set-up
- Coordinates expedite requests through the process working closely with marketing and functions.
- Troubleshoot delays in workflow processes.
- Escalate tasks that do not meet expected Lead times and escalate issues through the Tier process
- Learn division-specific standards to understand product portfolios.
- Identifies and implements 2+ projects to improve processes, metrics, data quality, and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and manage Need-by-Date (NBD) to ensure they align with lead times and reflect the customer and growth priorities
- Ensure compliance with global and divisional data governance standards before approving data loads to the ERP and submitting data change requests (CCLRs, CUOM, etc.).
- Provides on-demand training to marketing and functional teams

Owns
- Execute projects to fulfill business requirements and adhere to timelines.
- Escalate issues, tasks, or users that hinder our ability to go to market.
- Basic Troubleshooting Issues
- Execute process improvements.
- Propose ideas for continues improvement.
- Advise stakeholders to follow the appropriate process.
- Reject requests inconsistent with governance and/or BG standards.
- Cancel or suspend requests that do not align with division or BG strategy and priorities.
- Ability to analyze data issues and requests to identify trends, determine root causes, and propose solutions.
- Ability to learn data management and reporting tools.
- Understanding of Material Master tools and governance.
- Ability to learn business processes to provide guidance to marketing and other supporting teams.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues in the system and process.
- 5+ Years of professional experience
- Proficient experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management.
- Preferred bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
(verbal communication, written communication, problem solving, people skills, team skills, etc.)
- Strong English Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing and completing tasks
- Demonstrated detailed orientation and quality driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Foreign language skills
- Proficient in Excel
