Job Description

  • Performance Management
  • Manages the implementation of the Performance Management System. Identifies performance gaps and determine interventions to improve employee performance. Conducts individual and career counseling services to all employees.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Employee/Labor Relations
  • Leads, monitors, and coordinates overall implementation of employee/labor relations, communications, and discipline functions.
  • Deals with all misconduct charges within the organization.
  • Issues/sends out discipline notices to concerned staff.
  • Conduct investigation /inquiries regarding employee complaints and recommends proper sanctions.
  • Provide advice to employees and staff to resolve specific problems relating to coaching, counseling, progressive discipline with particular attention to grievance case management.
  • Provides direct assistance for the formulation and implementation of policies and procedure as they affect the human resource area with focus on employee relations and discipline.
  • Provide discipline orientation/lectures and prepares presentations and other publications regarding organizational practice and activities related to employee relations and discipline.
  • Canteen Service Management
  • Provide headcount for canteen-related operations especially during weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate with the MPhil-3 Canteen Committee to address canteen issues and concerns.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the canteen area.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Program
  • Organize fun and meaningful activities for employees every quarter.
  • Coordinate with the community for CSR programs like school support and donation drives.
  • Motivate employees to join volunteer and charity events.
  • Collect feedback from employees to improve future programs.
  • Share updates and success stories about CSR and engagement events.
  • Partner with local organizations for joint community projects.
  • Track participation rates and report on program outcomes.

Others

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support the Company and HR Team objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any Social Sciences course. Post graduate units preferred and/or an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and labor relations, preferably experience in a semicon company

Other Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of Philippines Labor laws, excellent platform skills and technical writing.
  • Knows how to handle confidential information and can work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English both in written and oral communication
  • Ability to relate well to all members of the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate high standards of customer service and accountability for program results.
  • Computer literate in all MS applications/programs
