The Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible in managing and fulfilling hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. His / her main goal is to ensure to execute end-to-end volume recruitment process, consistently attract candidates and provide excellent customer service experience to candidates and hiring managers through effective client management and process excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the team, Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
  • Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
  • Provides comprehensive updates and reports on hiring.
  • Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications.
  • Conduct and facilitate external events & field work on assigned locations with active hiring targets

What You Need To Have

  • Proficient in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Forms, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Amenable doing field work

  • Relevant experience in staffing / volume recruitment or account/ project management
  • Preferably with experience using applicant tracking system
