Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee day-to-day account operations, project delivery, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, ops, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Analyze travel and hospitality market trends and customer insights to advise the client and drive performance improvements.
Monitor account KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities within the account and assist in upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans and quarterly business reviews.
Support contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance with service agreements.
Stay updated with trends in travel tech, loyalty programs, booking engines, and customer engagement strategies.
