Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from retail customers.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, order status, delivery, and returns.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.

Process orders, issue refunds, and track deliveries using internal tools and systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.

Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions.

Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.

Follow call center scripts, compliance protocols, and service guidelines.
