We are looking for a highly motivated Markets Analyst to join our team in Davao. The Markets Analyst will play a key role in gathering and interpreting market data, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize market findings and insights.
• Support the sales and leasing teams with up-to-date market intelligence.
• Assist in client meetings, providing data and insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update internal databases with current market information.

Qualifications

• Open for fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate markets, business development, and client servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
