Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Markets Analyst to join our team in Manila. This role is open for fresh graduates who are passionate about customer service and eager to build their careers in market research, analysis, and client engagement. The Markets Analyst will play a key role in gathering and interpreting market data, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather data on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize market findings and insights.
• Support the sales and leasing teams with up-to-date market intelligence.
• Assist in client meetings, providing data and insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update internal databases with current market information.

Qualifications

• Open for fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate markets, business development, and client servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
