Role: Marketing Virtual Assistant
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Davao
Schedule: Morning Shift
Edit and enhance video content for webinars, YouTube series, and case studies.
Manage calendars and schedules for webinars and case study recordings.
Coordinate webinar logistics, including run-down creation, scheduling, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing promotions
Webinars coordination (run-down, schedule, promo alignment with rest of marketing)
Assist with external projects: Partnerships, US campaigns, training/ support activities.
Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).
Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Google Slides, etc.)
Previous experience in virtual assistant roles or similar positions is a plus.
Experience with WordPress and HubSpot is desirable
Strong proficiency in writing, copyediting, and desirably SEO (not mandatory).
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva).
