Account Management
- Defines the Corporate IT account plan for the assigned business unit or division and identifies the functional and non-functional requirements for the projects in the account plan through alignment with key stakeholders.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing technology stack strategy as aligned with goals of Connected Consumer Team.
- Represents IT in internal and external digital engagement discussions
- Defines and maintains the direct to consumer architecture, together with the Connected Consumer Team and other key stakeholders. Works with IT teams responsible for data and analytics, development, and integration.
- Stays abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends and recommends new tools and platforms to enhance capabilities
- Manages relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Evaluate and select new vendors, platforms, and technologies as needed
- Oversees the deployment and integration of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ensures seamless integration of marketing technologies with other business systems.
- Manages data governance and ensures the accuracy and security of marketing data.
- Manages the scope, schedule, and budget of an IT-enabled divisional or corporate initiative by tracking performance against target.
- Develops project plan, monitors day-to-day execution, and tracks issues and risks.
- Manages project resources, including third party vendors and/or consultants.
- Attained Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or any other related course
- With at least five (5) years of experience of Marketing technology architecture and integration
- Must be proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Chatbots) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).
- Has experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), CRM, CMS, and Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Appier) and other marketing tools/apps across the consumer funnel
- With basic knowledge of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SEO best practices
- With understanding of data privacy regulations and their implications for marketing technology
- Has strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies and best practices
- Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Has the ability to work with and lead a team
