We’re looking for a Marketing Tech & Content Coordinator to support our growth team with the execution, automation, and optimization of digital campaigns. This hybrid role blends creative content production with marketing ops—ideal for someone who enjoys jumping between tools, channels, and formats while keeping everything organized and running on time.
You’ll play a key role in building campaigns, publishing content, and enabling our global sales teams with assets and automations that drive real business results.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Marketing Tech & Content Coordinator to support our growth team with the execution, automation, and optimization of digital campaigns. This hybrid role blends creative content production with marketing ops—ideal for someone who enjoys jumping between tools, channels, and formats while keeping everything organized and running on time.
You’ll play a key role in building campaigns, publishing content, and enabling our global sales teams with assets and automations that drive real business results.
What You’ll Do
- Build and send email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or HighLevel
- Maintain a 30-day content calendar and publish content across social platforms
- Design lightweight graphics and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Automate workflows using Zapier or Make to connect marketing and CRM systems
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Excel or Google Sheets
- Collaborate with international sales reps and create easy-to-follow process docs
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Track record managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social)
- Strong ability to build and troubleshoot workflow automations
- Design and/or video editing experience—please share examples
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus
- Experience in a fast-paced agency or managing multiple brands
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney
- Background in recruitment or sourcing marketing
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for customizing email templates
- Launch a high-performing nurture campaign (≥20% open rate, ≤1% unsubscribes)
- Publish a full month of social content on schedule
- Reduce campaign setup time by 25% through automation
- Launch a live dashboard to track lead flow and campaign results
