Responsible for over all marketing related activities of the project events traditional/digital initiatives and research.

  1. Reports directly to the Marketing Support Officer regarding marketing campaigns and strategies of the project.
  2. Leads the implementation of project marketing activities and sales-generating events.
  3. Ensures availability of marketing materials (OOH, posters, flyers brochures , digital, etc.) and selling tools of the project.
  4. Outsource and coordinate with suppliers for production of marketing materials and events.
  5. Conducts competitors scan and market research for new and updated information.
  6. Responsible for all ingress/egress exhibits and events.
  7. Keeps accurate inventory and accountability list of all marketing materials and collaterals.
  8. Regularly check the project and activation sites if properly cleaned and well maintained . Arranges for repairs if necessary.
  9. Responsible for on-time processing of payments and liquidations to suppliers.
  10. Assists in daily administrative task to ensure smooth flow and coordination of the project s activities
  11. Coordinates with other departments with project inquiries and concerns
  12. Assists the Marketing Support Officer in monthly budget monitoring.

Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication or any related course.

-Preferably at least 1year working experience in related field is required for this position.

-Must be residing in Angeles, City Pampanga or nearby.

-Must be willing to do fieldwork and weekend activities

-Able to effectively and timely perform task with minimal supervision

-Required Skills:

-With good communication skills (oral and written)

-Has events management experience

-Can multi-task and meet deadlines

-Ability to prepare reports

-Proficient in MS office applications (word, excel, power point)
