Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our marketing team. This role will ensure smooth project execution, from managing timelines and deliverables to streamlining workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Head by ensuring internal marketing processes are aligned and efficient, while also supporting the team’s execution of campaigns and client initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination and Workflow Management – Oversee the daily activities of the marketing team, ensuring all tasks are assigned and completed on time. Ensure that timelines are met, and the quality of deliverables is up to company standards.
  • Project Management – Manage internal projects, from inception to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and progress is tracked. This includes ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and timely resolution of any bottlenecks or issues.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Work closely with the client engagement, creative, and digital teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Process Improvement – Identify areas of improvement in team processes and suggest strategies for more efficient operations. Implement tools or systems that streamline workflows and increase productivity.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis – Collect data on marketing activities, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to the Marketing Head. Track the success of internal processes and adjust strategies to maximize team output.
  • Support for Campaign Execution – Provide assistance in the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, supporting team members where necessary to ensure the completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or marketing management.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and handle fast-paced work environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and proactively resolve them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making and process improvements.
