Job Description
- Develop marketing strategy to meet Shopee's growth objectives across a wide array of product categories and services
- Work closely with Marketing leadership to solve problems and drive initiatives with strong business impact
- Lead project teams of various sizes to ensure the end to end completion of key strategic growth projects
- Directly assist Shopee Philippines senior management in executing projects end to end
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Business Development, Business Development, and Operations team
- Has at least 10-12 years solid experience in marketing strategy
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Analytical and able to think in a data-driven manner
- Experience working with management consulting companies or high growth tech companies
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
