Job Overview

The HelloConnect Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting North America Partnerships by handling the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all assigned tasks. This includes serving our US brands, ensuring seamless campaign setup, clear workflows, and end-to-end administrative support across operations. This is an execution-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and strict adherence to SOPs. The specialist must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver precise, reliable results. This role reports directly to the HelloConnect Marketing Team Lead and contributes to a team of 5 other specialists covering the North American Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day marketing operations across partnership teams, executing a high volume of tasks such as voucher and tracking URL creation, order processing, and MEL invoicing.
  • Prevent and resolve relevant escalations, conduct thorough QA, applying critical thinking, and follow instructions to ensure output is complete, accurate, and efficient.
  • Identify and escalate workflow blockers or performance gaps to the HelloConnect Marketing Team Lead, assisting in solutions that drive partner success.
  • Pull and analyze data to help identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Document reports, escalations, and process changes clearly to support consistency and future reference.
  • Actively engage with Partnerships Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, share findings, adapt to business needs, and provide support within scope.


Skills And Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing operations or administrative support (preferably in a growth marketing or partnerships/sales team setting).
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow SOPs, expected SLAs, and independently troubleshoot data issues or blockers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and a proactive approach to supporting team needs and evolving priorities.
