Marketing Specialist for E-commerce platforms

We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager with a strong background in consumer electronics, appliances, and audio products, who can lead and execute effective digital sales strategies across major e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who is driven, innovative, and capable of rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

This role is pivotal in growing our digital footprint, optimizing online store performance, and maximizing sales conversion through data-driven strategies and creative execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role handling digital sales in the consumer electronics or appliances category.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics, digital merchandising, and platform algorithms.
  • Results-driven with the ability to think creatively and execute strategically.
  • Proactive, action-oriented, and willing to step in and perform operational tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital sales strategies to grow revenue and online market share.
  • Manage and optimize performance on e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of online campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, inventory, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with platform representatives and account managers to enhance visibility and campaign performance.
  • Regularly monitor competitors and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, compelling content, and timely updates across all digital platforms.
  • Prepare and present digital sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
