Qualifications
- 1–4 years of proven experience in graphic design or a related creative field, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Solid understanding of branding principles, and digital marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality creatives for both digital and print channels
- Hands-on experience with video editing for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content best practices and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively
