Job Description
This role delivers strategic and operational support to the Chief Marketing Officer / Marketing Group Head, Marketing Leadership Team, and cross-functional units within the Marketing Group. It is primarily responsible for enabling administrative efficiency such as managing scheduling, documentation, and coordination while also contributing to strategic workstreams such as marketing governance, budget management, procurement, and team operations. The role also ensures seamless cross-functional alignment, enforces compliance and governance standards, and maintains momentum on critical business priorities. As a trusted integrator, this individual may also temporarily step into roles or projects to ensure continuity, address capacity gaps, and help in the execution where it is needed most.

Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive administrative and operational efficiency across the Marketing Group by managing team schedules, logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and reporting support, including the preparation and monitoring of internal communications, presentations, and procurement-related requirements.
- Track and ensure the timely delivery of team and cross-functional outputs; monitor follow-through on assigned actions and escalate delays or bottlenecks as needed.
- Support governance and compliance processes by managing contract documentation, facilitating policy adherence, and coordinating responses to audit findings in partnership with relevant teams.
- Deliver rotational operational support across Marketing teams in response to evolving business needs, including work streams such as budget management, procurement, governance routines, marketing events, and employee programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagements, and marketing-driven initiatives, including logistics coordination, budget management, and manpower mobilization.
- Maintain secure and organized records; assist in research, data consolidation, and preparation of reports and presentations as required by the Chief Marketing Officer / Marketing Group Head or strategic project leads.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of issues that require cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as the Marketing Group’s point of contact for administrative needs during special assignments or when temporary support is required.
- Provide support in strategic initiatives, team development programs, and other projects that drive operational excellence and team engagement.
- Relevant experience in executive, administrative, or strategic support roles, preferably in a large corporate or cross-functional setting
- Solid understanding of administrative systems, business operations, and internal coordination protocols
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, Proactive problem solving, Strong interpersonal skills
- Hard Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)/ G-Suite, Communication tools (Viber, Chat or messaging platforms, Zoom etc.), Procurement systems and internal documentation workflows, Writing skills, Project coordination, Events management
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
