To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role
This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely. The successful candidate will be working independently in the Philippines while supporting the main team located in Singapore.

To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role
This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely. The successful candidate will be working independently in the Philippines while supporting the main team located in Singapore.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
- Supporting the development of Crimson’s marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
- Designing and creating cross-platform digital marketing collateral including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers and booklets and Facebook/Instagram/Google campaigns.
- Monitoring lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimisation and market growth.
- Achieving revenue targets by conducting consultations and customising programs for prospective clients
- Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
- Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
- Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars
- Working closely with the sales team, with occasional in-person sales and client meetings to pitch our services and help close leads
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.
- Experience in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or iMovie.
- Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms and social media marketing tools a plus
- Strong storytelling skills and experience in public speaking
- Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process
- Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone
- Some experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Salesforce
- Understanding of the US/UK undergrad application process
