Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand image. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic marketing plans that drive growth and enhance market presence. You will lead an internal team while also collaborating with external agencies to ensure optimal brand positioning. Your role extends to overseeing the company's social media presence across various platforms, developing engaging content that increases brand awareness. Additionally, you will implement digital marketing strategies that include paid advertising and campaign boosting. A significant part of your role involves driving e-commerce sales by managing platforms in collaboration with e-commerce enabler partners. You will also be responsible for managing the A&P budgets at the brand level.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive growth and market presence
  • Lead and manage the internal marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee collaborations with external marketing agencies to enhance brand positioning and reach
  • Oversee and optimize social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content to increase brand awareness, follower base, and audience engagement
  • Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and campaign boosting
  • Drive e-commerce sales by managing platforms and working closely with e-commerce enabler partners
  • Manage and allocate A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets effectively at the brand level
