  • Lead, coach and empower a dynamic marketing team
  • Enabling marketing strategy and
  • Enhancing trade marketing and E-commerce

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for overall Brand Management, including plan, manage and monitor implementation of the Marketing Plan (including new product launches and retail promotions). You will be responsible for delivering on all financial target through delivering effective programs and keep product and business knowledge up-to-date through close coordination with local, regional and global Diabetes Care teams.

What you will be working on:

In this role, you will provide marketing support to the Sales Team in their coverage of healthcare professionals, institutions, hospitals and retail partners. You will also offer:

  • Leadership: Lead teams to promote & create idea generation that results in actionable plans and ensure effective networking with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance to the standard policy and all sales management processes and practices and divisional standards
  • Customer Service: Plan and implement customer retention program but not limited to SMS, email marketing, direct mailers and among others
  • Trade Marketing / E-commerce: Drive business growth of Pharmacy and General Trade channel for all categories as per the channel role and strategy including brand awareness and profitability through the execution of distribution, merchandising, promotion and pricing strategies at the distributor, and retailer levels
  • Strategic Planning: Remain up-to-date on and incorporate new approaches to brand innovation including new business models, distribution strategies, and strategic partnerships
  • Logistics: Ensure compliance in quality & regulatory requirement and supply chain divisional standards
  • E-Commerce Management: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals, including managing and optimizing online sales channels, such as websites, social media, and online marketplaces

You have:

  • University degree in business / marketing / commerce or equivalent. An MBA a plus
  • Demonstrated experience as Brand Manager ideally within Medical industry
  • Good planning, organization and Creative Problem Solving Skill
  • Effective Communication Skill with proficiency in both English and Filipino Results-oriented Demonstrates leadership abilities
  • High customer focused
