Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks, and working independently while driving the growth of our marketing efforts. The role will focus on email campaigns, social media management, partnership development, and affiliate marketing.

Salary Range: $1000 - $1500 USD per month - 100% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts.
• Conduct research to identify potential business partners and affiliate opportunities.
• Develop outreach strategies to connect with potential partners and affiliates.
• Set up affiliates, provide them with written content, and manage ongoing relationships.
• Optimize partnerships and placements to maximize results.
• Identify commission structures for affiliates and partners.
• Produce relevant written content to support marketing and partnership efforts.
• Continuously find relevant partners in the client’s industry and work towards optimizing collaborations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, Notion, Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
