As they continue to grow, our client is seeking a proactive Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our client’s brand to life through creative campaigns, engaging events, and compelling content that truly connects with people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in building brand presence and driving engagement. You’ll help deliver impactful campaigns and events that strengthen relationships, attract new opportunities, and showcase the meaningful work our client does.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning and coordination of the annual events calendar, including virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics remotely, registrations, suppliers, communications, and digital platforms.
  • Drive post-event activities such as lead follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting to measure success.
  • Assist in digital campaigns, content creation, and scheduling across HubSpot, Canva, and Asana.
  • Develop and send engaging email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Keep the website fresh with updated news, events, and project content.
  • Manage marketing assets, brand collateral, photography, video, and case studies.
  • Coordinate signage, merchandise, and presentation materials in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, and media contacts to produce and share great content.
  • Track and report on campaign, social media, and event performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by capturing event leads and campaign data for timely follow-up.


What You’ll Bring

  • Confidence using digital tools such as Canva, HubSpot, and Asana (or similar).
  • 3–5 years of previous experience in a marketing, events, or coordination role.
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with the Marketing Manager.
