Join our growing Marketing Analytics & Strategy team inside Nasdaq’s Financial Technology business. This role will be pivotal in supporting a data-driven marketing culture - integrating technology, building analytics, and automation to unlock actionable insights and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, designing scalable analytics, and collaborating across teams to deliver value. You’ll develop frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, marketing impact, and ROI, by leveraging advanced analytics.

- Design and maintain dashboards tailored to strategic KPIs tied to revenue & growth and operational metrics in Salesforce and BI tools
- Build reporting frameworks and support quarterly reviews, customized analyses, and ad hoc performance reporting
- Predictive analytics to forecast trends, recommend tactics, and optimize customer journeys
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs, data-related challenges, and translate them into practical and scalable business intelligence solutions
- Support the integration of MarTech tools and data to create a unified view of Marketing performance.
- Create foundational datasets that will enable accurate reporting
- Collaborate with Technology partners and relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting and analytics
- Share data and reporting best practices with teams and bring improvement ideas that will improve efficiency and deliver outsized impact
- What We Expect
- Experience in marketing analytics, customer journey analytics, data analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign measurement
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex data to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making
