Marketing & Creative Lead (remote)

We are looking to add a Marketing & Creative Lead to the team, focused on design and copywriting, which will be crucial to the company’s growth.

• Part time: 20 hours per week (with potential to transition to full time)
• 100% remote job / independent contractor
• Working hours: UK
• Monthly Starting Salary: USD 600 (slightly flexible, depending on level of experience)
  
  

Our client operates within the finance and renewable energy sectors. There's a pressing need to revamp their online presence and expand into client-focused services, including deck creation and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Revamp: The website (built on WordPress) needs a complete overhaul in both design and content, aiming for a modern look ahead of their February milestone.
• Deck Creation: You'll take full ownership of building professional, visually engaging decks for clients in sectors like finance, renewable energy, and venture capital.
• Copywriting: Perfect your craft by rewriting web content, marketing materials, and occasional LinkedIn posts. Excellent English skills are a must.
• Brand Development: Work closely with the CEO to refine the client's brand identity, developing a strong narrative and aesthetic through cohesive designs and storytelling.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Finance, Private Equity, Banking, or Renewable Energy industries.
• Strong Design Skills: Expertise with Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe for both web and deck design (at least 3 years).
• Copywriting Mastery: Flawless written English and an ability to craft compelling content.
• Background in Branding & Storytelling to help create brand guidelines from scratch.
• Passion for Solar, Wind, or Renewable Energies is a big plus.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with LinkedIn content creation and posting.
• Previous work revamping websites, ideally on WordPress.
  
  

Test Assignment: As part of the selection process, you’ll review the client's website, provide suggestions for improvement, and share design ideas. This will include writing samples to demonstrate your exceptional copywriting skills.
