Are you a creative strategist who thrives on building marketing systems from scratch? We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute the entire marketing foundation for a fast-growing consultancy supporting Australian businesses.


 


The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of marketing operations for a newly established business consultancy. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.


You’ll play a critical role in developing the company’s brand identity, voice, and digital presence while also supporting clients in designing their own marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who’s both creative and analytical — able to design campaigns, build systems, and manage execution across platforms.

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Develop and implement the company’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.




  • Create and execute marketing strategies and roadmaps focused on awareness and lead generation.




  • Set up and manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and digital platforms from scratch.




  • Build and maintain the company website (WordPress or similar CMS), ensuring design alignment and SEO best practices.




  • Produce compelling marketing content — written, visual, and video — for web, social, and promotional use.




  • Design and document marketing SOPs and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.




  • Support consultancy clients in building their own marketing strategies, brand presence, and digital campaigns.




  • Provide expert recommendations on digital systems, brand positioning, and audience targeting.




  • Manage project timelines, campaign calendars, and marketing performance reports.




  • Leverage data insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement and ROI.




 
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:


  • Have proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Generalist.




  • Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating strategy development, digital campaign execution, and creative content production.




  • Are skilled in brand development — from tone of voice to visual identity and messaging.




  • Have hands-on experience managing and growing social media channels.




  • Are comfortable managing and maintaining websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.




  • Are proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/video editing tools.




  • Can develop SOPs and scalable marketing frameworks for repeatable processes.




  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in both written and verbal English.




  • Are detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to balance creative thinking with execution.




 
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:


  • Experience in a consultancy, agency, or client-facing environment.




  • Familiarity with SEO, lead generation strategies, and digital analytics.




  • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.




  • The ability to handle multi-industry marketing and tailor campaigns to unique audiences.




  • A track record of working directly with clients on marketing strategy and brand positioning.




 
Work Schedule & Employment Terms


  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday




  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates




  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
