Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support a 6-week website rebuild and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is confident managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets. The ideal candidate is culturally aligned, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with the internal team to execute marketing tasks with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project

Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (main focus) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns

Assist in maintaining and updating website content (no CRM or Webflow management required)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials

Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role

Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs

Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams (a “wow” culture fit is essential)

Comfortable working as a contractor with the ability to start immediately
