This position involves developing and managing marketing initiatives, content creation, video editing, and lead generation strategies while ensuring all messaging is consistent and on-brand.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies for California and Florida markets, focusing on digital initiatives, community engagement, and lead generation while tracking and optimizing ROI.
- Content Creation: Manage and produce high-quality content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and video marketing, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
- Lead Generation: Oversee and refine lead generation channels and SOPs to maintain a strong pipeline and improve marketing efficiency across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and Virtual Assistants to coordinate marketing efforts and expand reach.
- Brand Quality Control: Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand integrity, consistency, and high quality, supported by performance tracking and data-driven insights.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, leveraging data to optimize strategies and inform future campaigns.
- More than 2-years experience in marketing coordination or management, ideally in a real estate or sales-focused environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, taking full ownership of marketing strategies.
- Expertise in video editing, email marketing, project management tools and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective collaboration with partners, self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach to project completion.
- A driven leader who takes initiative, delivers optimal results with minimal supervision, and can take full ownership of marketing strategies within a short time frame.

Rate: $ 6.50/hour
