  • Conduct market research targeting industries prioritized by the team.
  • Design and implement a continuous improvement project of the Customer Experience team, specific to customer communications and channels.
  • Analyze data from current email campaigns’ performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Good (English) writing skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Basic project management know-how
  • Stakeholder engagement/Communication skills
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and ideation skills
  • Basics of market positioning
