What We Offer
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our data-driven marketing automation and contact management strategies for our Workflow and Insights businesses. This critical role will ensure seamless integration across our technology stack, create capacity for our growth marketers, optimize lead management, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is highly collaborative with robust technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and modern demand generation processes.
This is a permanent full-time role based in BGC Taguig City following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
Marketing Automation & Integration
- Own and optimize marketing automation workflows, including Marketo, nurturing sequences, and other critical workflows for engagement and demand generation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing functional teams to identify and develop ideas for better leveraging Marketing Automation tools.
- Create and handle forms, data capture, and flows for businesses.
- Facilitate seamless integration of third-party platforms (e.g., Knack, ON24, Outreach) in collaboration with enterprise-wide and global platform specialist teams to optimize program effectiveness.
- Develop, test, and optimize lead generation forms and website tracking to gather, segment, and nurture leads efficiently, including lead gen campaigns on paid media and programmatic advertising.
- Ensure proper governance within automation tool, aligning sales and marketing efforts.
- Drive audience segmentation and data sourcing standard processes, including standardization of inclusion lists, management of opt-ins, and other streams of contact sources.
- Partner with teams to monitor Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) criteria, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales in congruence with the firm-wide Lead Management Framework.
- Partner with Marketing colleagues, Sales, RevOps, data analytics, and other functional teams to optimize lead pipeline workflows and improve data integrity.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics team to implement lead lifecycle tracking, reporting, and automation to enhance lead-to-revenue and other conversion rates.
- Establish governance frameworks for lead source attribution, identifying client journey and consumption, campaign tagging, and overall tracking in collaboration with Performance Marketing.
- Support tactical paid programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
- Leverage social media scaling platforms like Sprinklr in partnership with marketers to enhance organic social engagement and lead generation.
- Implement and optimize Monday.com workflows to enhance marketing team collaboration and project management.
- Implement and standardize housekeeping on Marketo programs, tagging, and reporting to properly funnel marketing efforts to reporting.
- Collaborate with team to measure campaign performance, pipeline impact, and marketing contribution to revenue.
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or CRM strategy.
- Expertise in Marketo (certification preferred) and experience integrating it with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of lead pipeline governance, MQL qualification, and sales handoff standard methodologies.
- Experience working with ON24, Outreach, Knack, and Monday.com is a plus.
- Hands-on experience handling paid campaigns, website tracking, and social media automation.
- Ability to analyze complex marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Amenable to work in mid and night shift schedule
