Duties & Responsibilities
- Own Brand and Commercial Strategy
- Drive Offtake / Sell-out Growth
- Lead Innovation & Business Case Quality
- Forecast Ownership & Variance Control
- Pharmacy Channel Development
- Cross-functional Execution
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Business course, MBA degree preferred
- Minimum of seven-year experience in marketing and sales Management in a leadership role
- Has worked in a multinational pharmaceutical company handling OTC products
- Possesses strategic thinking and creative marketing skills
- Proven experience in developing markets for a specific brand or product
- Must have excellent skills on sales forecasting and research activities
