This position is primarily responsible for the smooth implementation / execution of the various retail, omnibus, and/or discretionary marketing programs and functions that will lead to business growth and make BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card the preferred payment card among existing and potential cardholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Department/Team Head and/or Program Manager in the planning and implementation of the various retail, omnibus and/or ecommerce marketing programs.
  • Works closely with Department/Team Head and/or Program Manager in the end-to-end implementation of the marketing promo/program, campaign, and initiative including but not limited to preparation of the marketing program proposals, financial projections, promo/program design/proposal that outlines the objectives, strategies, plans and guidelines of a marketing promo/initiative.
  • Monitors competitive activity, and assists in identifying new trends and opportunities to provide more compelling and differentiating programs and campaigns that will encourage cardholders to increase spend and frequent use of BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid

  • Roll out usage marketing programs to ensure billings growth of the Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card business.
  • Conducts post evaluation and prepares MIS Reports to monitor results of the programs
  • Consolidates and executes media channels, scheduling and post evaluation reports reports
  • Collaborates and liaises with the various units of the Unibank, external vendors, partners, agencies to ensure proper alignment and smooth implementation of marketing programs 3.5. Administrative functions
  • Tracks and monitors A&P and Operex spending versus budget of assigned programs
  • Ensures compliance to regulations and business policies.
  • Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder (any course)
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Must have good communication skills and customer service skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
