Were looking for a Marketing Assistant who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to build scalable marketing systems. This is a cross-functional role supporting outbound lead generation, brand development, and inbound engagement through content, SEO, design, and social media.
You'll work closely with leadership to execute and refine marketing strategies that drive awareness, leads, and engagement while building repeatable systems that grow with us.
This role is ideal for a mid-career marketing professional (with a few years of experience) who thrives in fast-paced environments and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Marketing & Brand Presence
- Support LinkedIn thought leadership, including post drafting and publishing
- Research and propose AI-generated content themes aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Contribute to SEO blog creation (briefing, writing, or editing support)
- Develop and manage a content strategy for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other channels
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Help build and refine automated outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Maintain contact databases and assist with prospecting and segmentation
- Support performance tracking and reporting of campaign results
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing collateral (presentations, PDFs, etc.)
- Coordinate with design or freelance resources as needed
- Contribute to marketing process documentation and playbook development
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Notion, Canva, or similar
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, concise, and engaging tone
- Comfortable balancing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Self-starter with the ability to operate with speed and autonomy
- Bonus: Experience in a fast-growing startup or B2B SaaS environment
- Be part of a fast-moving startup building something meaningful
- Work closely with senior leaders and gain hands-on experience across marketing functions
- Remote-first culture with flexibility and ownership
