Marketing Assistant

We're seeking an Email Assistant to join our marketing team. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo.

Build marketing emails in Klaviyo from Figma designs

• Slice and prepare assets from Figma
• Export and compress assets
• Upload assets to Klaviyo and send testing emails
• Maintain organized template and asset libraries in Klaviyo
• Ensure emails are responsive and look great on all devices
• Handle time-sensitive campaigns and promotional calendars
• Test emails thoroughly before deployment
• Work with our design team on asset specifications
• Implement tracking parameters and segmentation
  
  

Requirements

• Work US Pacific hours
• 2+ years experience with Klaviyo
• 2+ years experience with Figma
• Fluent in English
• Your own laptop and quality internet connection
