Marketing Assistant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team at Joshjenjoy Gifts & General Merchandise as a full-time Marketing Assistant. Based in our Mandaluyong City office, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our marketing strategies and campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print
• Support the creation of marketing content, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, project management, and reporting
• Assist with market research and analysis to help inform our marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and data analysis software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
• A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
• A passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
