Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing team to support our various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads. Proficiency in graphic design software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is required.
2. Event Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including open houses, property showcases, and networking events. This includes coordinating logistics, managing guest lists, and ensuring a smooth event experience.
3. Social Media Management: Develop and maintain our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content to attract and engage our target audience. Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools is essential.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and analyze website traffic to make informed SEO recommendations.
