The Market Manager is mainly responsible in supporting the Relationship Mangers in marketing Trade and Supply Chain Finance products to customers.

- Achieves the year-end individual and team Trade and Supply Chain non-interest income target, trade volumes.
- Provides Trade and Supply Chain product briefings to internal and external client.
- Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prospects and identifies new business opportunities in the Trade and Supply Chain market.
- Understands and promotes Trade and Supply Chain products and services to clients.
- Assesses clients' needs and provide appropriate trade finance solutions.
- Collaborates with internal teams, such as marketing, credit, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth execution of trade finance transactions.
- Stays updated on market trends, regulations, and competitors in the trade industry.
- Monitors and analyzes client performance to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Provides excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships.
- Keeps accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions via call report and deal pipelines.
- Participates in industry events and conferences to build relationship and promote trade and supply chain services.
- College Graduate preferably of a Business course
- At least 2 years experience in Sales or Relationship Management in the banking industry
- Basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- With good communication and business writing skills
- Pipeline Management
