  • Keep accurate records of all tools, spare parts, and supplies using our inventory system
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder items when needed to avoid running out or overstocking
  • Receive deliveries, check for quality and quantity, and update inventory records
  • Organize the storeroom so items are easy to find and safely stored
  • Hand out supplies to production and maintenance teams, making sure everything is tracked
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to make sure materials arrive on time
  • Help with regular inventory checks and fix any mismatches between records and actual stock
  • Look for ways to improve how we manage supplies and reduce waste or exces
  • Share updates with management about inventory status and any issues that come up

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply-related work
  • Comfortable using inventory software and Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with different teams
