- Keep accurate records of all tools, spare parts, and supplies using our inventory system
- Monitor stock levels and reorder items when needed to avoid running out or overstocking
- Receive deliveries, check for quality and quantity, and update inventory records
- Organize the storeroom so items are easy to find and safely stored
- Hand out supplies to production and maintenance teams, making sure everything is tracked
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to make sure materials arrive on time
- Help with regular inventory checks and fix any mismatches between records and actual stock
- Look for ways to improve how we manage supplies and reduce waste or exces
- Share updates with management about inventory status and any issues that come up
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply-related work
- Comfortable using inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things on track
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with different teams
