Your Job

To manage the business unit, particularly production & engineering and process-related activities to achieve targets while being focus on cost, quality, productivity and people competence

Our Team

You will be a part of our dedicated team members of Twinax in manufacturing raw cables.

What You Will Do

• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing QMS & other systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving technical problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
• Ensures operation of all assigned lines with the right manpower and equipment (strong knowledge in equipment’s) by calling for major repairs as necessary
• Monitors the production management system to develop and implement plan for improvements
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in one of the Sciences, Engineering, Business.
• 5+ years of experience leading quality systems in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate at strategic, Engineering and Operational level.
• Experienced and capable of leading change processes.
• Lean / Six Sigma Experience
• Solid written and oral skills, comfortable in communications with all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of all quality standards
• Previous people management experience
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills
  
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Master’s degree in engineering or business
• Working knowledge of Quality Module of SAP
