Title: Manufacturing Associate
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of assigned machines and equipment in accordance to proper handling instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of assigned machines and equipment in accordance to proper handling instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Operates assigned machine to produce the materials needed in the process based on daily production target.
- Performs calibration on a regular schedule to ensure product output is within specifications/standards.
- Check raw materials for quality and quantity before loading them into the machine.
- Ensure equipment is operating correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment.
- Prepares proper documentation in relation to calibration and materials produced.
- Monitors machine for problems and troubleshoots without delay to ensure continuous production.
- Prepares proper documentation in relation to downtime or repairs that were needed during the course of production,
- Performs preventive maintenance on designated machines in accordance to standard procedures.
- A graduate of any bachelor's degree or vocational course.
- Must have experience as a machine operator in the same industry.
- Must be able to accomplish all necessary training and certifications needed to qualify as a Machine Operator.
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and report preparation.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule in Canlubang, Laguna.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
