We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager- Talent Acquisition.


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals into the organization.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to understand workforce needs and create hiring plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Leverage data analytics to track key hiring metrics and optimize recruitment performance.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and senior leadership to advise on best hiring practices.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, global policies, and hiring standards.
  • Strengthen the Bank’s employer brand by driving recruitment initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, ensuring efficiency, diversity and quality of hires.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment process.
  • Support communication initiatives such as HR roadshows, and Recruitment-specific projects, training and cascades to keep stakeholders apprised and updated on people-related governance.

  • A proactive self-starter with a “can-do”, customer focused approach who can learn quickly from experience.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City site.


Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
