Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Training of new and existing employees.
  • Assist in preparation & delivery of the Training Package and Lesson Plans for the pre-opening Surveillance Training Program.
  • Coach new Surveillance team members on the job.
  • Coach team members on an individual basis, presenting new information accurately and in a timely, approachable manner.
  • Lead small teams.
  • Provide team leadership, leading by example.
  • Maintain team performance by promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintain employee morale, work performance and professionalism by promoting a positive work environment.
  • Supervise work operations.
  • Maintain and manage Training records, ensuring reports, records, etc. are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Solve problems and make decisions, aiding team members when handling difficult/sensitive situations.
  • Assist in the implementation of training packages and lesson plans teaching policies and procedures relating to gaming and cash handling areas
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Help all employees maintain and improve their job skills, and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill.
  • Assist providing individualized training plans to strengthen an employee’s existing skills or teach new ones.
  • Provide performance feedback to staff in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Deal with conflict situations.
  • Identify conflict situations.
  • Resolve conflicts situations.
  • Work with colleagues.
  • Ensure relevant information is communicated effectively and in a timely manner to appropriate team members.

  • Recommend and/or execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge with Casino Revenue, Gaming, Cage, Marketing and asset Protection.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Good organizational skills and time management.
  • Delivering presentations and group training.
  • Self-motivated & approachable.
  • Proven interpersonal skills.
  • English – Fluent verbal & written.
  • Communication of ideas & information.
  • Planning & organizing activities.
  • Working with others in a team.
  • Solving Problems.
  • Microsoft Office suite literate.
