Manager, Sales Data Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as data analytics champion advancing the relevance of data analytics discipline in making strategic plans and informed business decisions
• Work closely with the sales, operations, and other functional leaders to identify and address gaps in data analytics and align data insights with business objectives and strategy
• Continuously manage and optimize processes through technology and reviews allowing the team to accomplish more with the same and achieve operational agility as the business continues to evolve
• Develop and implement data integrity controls and standards
• Train stakeholders on various data analytics tools / systems developed and educate them on how to leverage these to manage their respective businesses
• Inspire, lead, and grow a team of analysts that will support the team’s initiatives
• Other functions related to business analytics, reporting, data management, process improvements and automation, SIOP process, and sales operations and support
• Analyze customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market conditions through the use of market research to compliment data analytics
• Design, build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of data and timeliness of deliverables
• Visualize and communicate data-driven stories followed by clear insights and recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years relevant work experience with proven track record on:
• Data management and governance: turning data from multiple sources into actionable insights
• Working closely across all levels of the organization, functions, and countries
• Employing technology in improving processes and deliverables
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and deliverables within expected timelines and accuracy, and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Managing a team of analysts and developing their technical skills and business acumen
