Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Specialists and/or Assistant Managers, monitor daily tasks to ensure fulfillment of their responsibilities.
  • Assist the Director in revenue planning, forecasting, and monitoring revenue performance per route.
  • Analyze team performance on a continuous basis, recommends route-specific strategies to drive results.
  • Coordinate with different departments on requirements that will help attain optimized revenues.
  • Initiate and recommend competitive pricing in the assigned routes, inclusive of FITs and Groups.
  • Ensure team's consolidated revenue targets are achieved.
  • Analyze Specialists' and/or Assistant Managers' skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities on both team and individual levels.
  • Determine allocation of seats on the different fare buckets in assigned routes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree course.
  • MBA holder is an advantage.
  • Trainings in the use of Air RM applications is an advantage.
  • Must have at least 2 – 5 years of experience in Revenue Management or equivalent, Airline specific revenue management is a huge plus.
  • Prior experience in managing a diverse and small-medium sized team is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Statistical/ Economic Analysis.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A solid working knowledge of Revenue Management Systems is a plus.

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
