Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to support PMFTC priorities and improve the employee experience. This will help employees grow, contribute to PMFTC's success, and build a strong emotional bond with the company.
- Craft the local DEI strategy to align with global goals and organizational values. Demonstrate the use of external DEI trends to promote an inclusive and empowering culture. Encourage a sense of belonging and support employee well-being.
- Cultivate organizational resilience by enabling teams to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Craft and implement a compelling internal communications strategy that emotionally connects employees to PMFTC's vision and reinforces their role in achieving it.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development, empowering employees to reach their full potential and become advocates for PMI/PMFTC’s mission.
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement engagement strategies that support PMFTC's goals and success.
- Foster a strong emotional connection to PMFTC’s purpose, encouraging employees to contribute meaningfully to the company’s mission.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of employee engagement, change management, communications, DEI, or a related subject area, with 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels. Experience in speech writing and developing creative communications briefs is a plus.
- Proven experience in driving cultural transformation, with an in-depth understanding of DEI strategy and measures, and implementation of initiatives.
- End-to-end company-wide event management experience, from conceptualization to execution.
