Responsible for leading a team to deliver effective Supply Chain Operation management in Inventory Planning, Inventory Control , Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution , Project Management & Operations Compliance , Strategy and additionlly achieve Members expected Service Standards.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly Manage & lead the Supply Chain Operations team comprising of Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control, Inventory Planning teams
- Interacts with all levels throughout organization; locally, regionally and at Home Office; Members, Customers, Service Providers
- Major Functions
- Ensure adequate supply of Herbalife products to meet business requirements
- Host S&OP meetings to drive forecast accuracy (collaboration & SKU level ), highlight supply risks, inventory obsolete risks
- Ensure inventory accuracy with proper controls & in compliance of Company Procedures / Policies.
- Develop Warehousing Infrastructure & Partners with adequate capacity to manage processing of Pickup & Home Deliveries to provide high level service to the Members
- Develop an effective 3PL warehouse management program to ensure Partners meet required KPIs
- Ensure all locations are compliant with local regulatory & company Quality Requirements for Storage / Handling & Distribution of Herbalife Products
- Manage an effective in country distribution network for supply of Herbalife Products to meet Member Expectations
- Manage effective import / export operations for Herbalife Products ensuring clearances are in line with current import/export codes, regulations
- Lead Negotiations / Bidding projects for selecting / developing Partners to provide Supply Chain Services
- Support Business requirements for better Product Access through development of new Access Point / Distribution models
- Drive Process Improvement & execute Supply Chain projects using regular project calls, updates, tools
- Ensure Procedures are developed / updated for all local country operations & proper controls are followed to ensure compliance
- Quick Closure of Internal Audit , SOX & Quality Audit findings
- Work on strengthening Supply Chain Org / talent development to support market requirements
- Develop long term solutions / process improvement / infrastructure projects / plans to enhance Distributor Experience
- Work on Infrastructure to help Build it Better
- Monitor Dept Performance by conducting monthly reviews and provide monthly reports for local & Regional Management.
- Provide support to key Sales Events of the Company as an when required
- Develop team members and future leaders.
- Market Special Functions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science and/or Logistics
- At least 10 – 15 years working experience in Supply Chain Operations Management, with minimum 10 years management role
- Strong analytical, planning , negotiation. Certificates of CPIM or in Logistics, Planning are preferred.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience with order management & customer handling
- Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package
- Experience with inventory control systems and ERP software is a must, prefer Oracle, industry certificate is a plus
- Good communication skills in English ( both Oral & Written ). Bilingual as native speaker for local market
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Strong Leadership & People Management skills along with the ability to function as an effective team member and work well in a moderate stressful environment
- Result Oriented , Good time management and multi-tasking management skills
- Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision , direction
- Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities
- Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
- Good Understanding of Local Regulations impacting Product Storage & Distribution
