Job Scope

  • Prepare and execute strategy for effective brand engagement in Slovak Republic driving consumer´s choices and ensuring brand activation in key experiential touchpoints (festivals, events, Horeca, Brand retail...)
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives across channels and touchpoints
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on competitor behaviour and translate findings into actionable insights to inform multicategory commercial strategy and planning
  • Manage deployment agencies to ensure that project scopes are clearly defined linking the project to the brand strategy
  • Lead high performing engagement team daily and ensure their personal & professional development

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years Marketing and/or Sales experience in FMCG or agencies, ideally specialized in Brand Experience, Brand Activation /or Trade Marketing
  • Project management skills - leading diverse cross-category teams
  • Proven experience in people leadership
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and drive for innovation

  • Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks

    As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen and Retail Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance

    Skill And Competencies

    • Should be a graduate of any 4 year course
    • With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
    • Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
    • With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
    • Strong organization skills
    • Excellent communication skills and people skills

    Work Location: Cabanatuan Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Cabanatuan Sales Office

    Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
