Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects for behavioral science unit
- Develop and implement behavioral science strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design and execution of experiments and interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate behavioral insights into product development and marketing strategies.
- Communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance in all behavioral research activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of behavioral interventions on business outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in experimental design and statistical analysis.
