Your Role:

As a Manager, You Will

• Partner with US and UK-based leaders to establish the initial MicroSourcing team
• Provide direction, mentorship, and support to team members in the Philippines
• Collaborate with US line managers to onboard new team members
• Support goal-setting for individuals and teams, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with internal departments and team leaders for successful project execution
• Review work for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards
• Identify skill development opportunities, provide coaching, and recommend training programs
• Prepare progress reports for senior management, summarizing achievements and areas for improvement
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 3-5+ years of experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership skills to mentor and motivate teams toward business objectives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team and stakeholder collaboration
• Familiarity with tools and platforms that support design, research, and operational functions
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience managing teams in a professional services environment (management consulting, business research, or advisory)
• Experience working with an international company, ideally US or UK-based, in financial services or insurance industries
