Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management and provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests in order to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.


ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT:

● Provide administrative and clerical support to the functional division head or president and entire division

● Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms

● Alert stakeholders about cancelations or new meeting

● Manage travel and schedule

● Prepare statistical reports and manage spreadsheets

● Prepare confidential and sensitive documents

● Analyze documents/correspondences and provide recommendations

● Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly

● Prepare agenda for meetings and takes and transcribes dictation

● Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.

● Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives

● Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in flexible working arrangement.
  • Has good communication skills and attention to details.


Location: Willing to be assigned in one of our branches in Rizal (Taytay)
